Occupational Health And Safety Policy in the Workplace
MEDIC PRINT is committed to the ongoing improvement of its performance in Health and Safety matters in all its operations. MEDIC PRINT’s objective is the minimisation of risk to the health and safety of its employees, suppliers, clientele and visitors during the course of its activities, in order to achieve its objective of «ZERO ACCIDENTS».
The principles determining its policy are as follows:
- The assessment of occupational risks and its update in the event of changes in its activities, premises, equipment or in the workforce.
- Full compliance with current legislation for Health and Safety in the workplace and with other relevant regulations.
- Drawing up of corrective action plans, procedures and instructions, where required, to ensure that risk is minimised or eliminated.
- Informing, raising awareness and training of Personnel in Health and Safety issues, with the aim of eliminating incidents in the workplace.
- Transparency of communication on issues of Health and Safety.
- Systematic monitoring of performance, compliance with the procedures and respect for the rules which have been established through internal and external inspection.
- Continuous consultation between the Administration and the workforce.
- Strict monitoring of the providers used in order to comply with all the demands of Health and Safety matters in the workplace.
- Regular overview of the Occupational Health and Safety Policy and its availability to the public
